Muay Thai is the art of 8 limbs which you can use to perfect punches, kicks, knees and elbows in a self defence and sport environment. James has fought many Muay Thai inter club competitions and also other various kick boxing events across the UK.
In September 2014 James was ranked No.4 in the world under K-1 organisation as an amateur class A fighter.
Muay Thai / Kickboxing is more of a cardio based work out designed to build endurance in the muscles and stamina as well as muscle tone.
